IBM VIOS SSP ошибка создания PV is currently in use

Пробуем создать кластер на FC дисках, но вылетает досадная ошибка
 $ chdev -dev hdisk2 -attr reserve_policy=no_reserve algorithm=round_robin pv=yes queue_depth=32
hdisk2 changed

$ chdev -dev hdisk3 -attr reserve_policy=no_reserve algorithm=round_robin pv=yes queue_depth=32
hdisk3 changed

$ cluster -create -clustername sspcluster -repopvs hdisk3 -sppvs hdisk2 -hostname p8vios1.vdatacenter.it.ru -sp ssp1
PV is currently in use
hdisk3



Надо почистить storage pool signature
cleandisk -s hdisk3 

Не поможет, почистить и cluster signature
cleandisk -r hdisk3
0967-112 Subsystem not configured.

rmcluster: Successfully removed hdisk3.
После этого все проходит успешно

$ cluster -create -clustername sspcluster -repopvs hdisk3 -sppvs hdisk2 -hostname p8vios1.vdatacenter.it.ru -sp ssp1
Cluster sspcluster has been created successfully.


UPD1: ещё советуют prepdev -dev hdisk3
надо попробовать
